| 29 year old requesting correction of a long nose with mild dorsal hump and large, undefined nasal tip. An Open Rhinoplasty technique was performed which conservatively reduced her nasal bridge. Cephalic strip and vertical dome division procedures were performed on her tip, while cartilage strut and shield grafts were placed to reposition, and nicely lift and support the tip. |
