| 18 year old with a history of nasal trauma developed a large dorsal hump and deviated septum, resulting in difficulty breathing. Procedure completed through a closed Rhinoplasty with a reduction of the dorsal hump, correction of the deviated septum and restoration of nasal tip angulation. Patient's breathing was restored, while his facial frontal and profile views were brought into balance with the rest of his features. |
