Ethnic Rhinoplasty |

| 27 year old Ethnic-African American Female who wanted to narrow her nasal bridge, reduce her bulbous tip and narrow her nostrils. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an open rhinoplasty and used a custom carved silastic implant "Slupimplant" for the bridge. The nasal tip was narrowed by de-fatting the nasal tip and placing cartilage shield graft and cartilage strut grafts. The nostrils where narrowed with a horizontal alar base (Wiers) narrowing technique. The patient is 3 months post-op and very happy with the results. |
